We are hereby requesting a finished floor variance on the above referenced project.
The finished floor was set at 18" above the crown of Tranquility Base Lane as prescribed
by the LDC. The elevation at the centerline of the road s at 27.0
After laying out the lot in preparation for the pad work we discovered that the elevation
was going to cause a slope to the taxiway that would be too steep for the aircraft.
After checking the elevations of the taxiway, the taxiway entrance, and the neighboring
hangars we would like to change the FF elevation frorr1t2,,8J- to s7
have attached a copy of the survey.
