The lot coverage exceeds 10% on almost all of them. All of these are on Tranquility Base Lane. If you go north of the taxiway onto Kitty Hawk CT most lots exceed the 10% coverage as well. hope #his can be resolved so the Brenners can utilize the property as planned.
