Per your request, I inspected the third floor hollowcore (F:4'Z)
slab on the above project. All work has been completed per
the approved plans and the requirements of the Florida
Building Code and is acceptable to install the concrete.

Dear Mario,
Per our conversation, the first floor concrete slabs on the
above project do not require a 95% compaction on the sub -
grade. They'are reinforced structural slabs supported on a
pile and grade beam foundation, which is not depend on the
soil for support. You will still need to provide a vapor
barrier and termite treatment under the slab.
