CONCRETE SLAB FOUNDATIONS SHALL BE REINFORCED WITH 6X6-W1 .4XW1 .4 WELDED WIRE FABRIC COMPLYING WITH ASTM A 185, OR WITH
SYNTHETIC FIBER REINFORCEMENT COMPLYING WITH ASTM C1116.
