Dear Mrs. Gonzalez,
The attached boat dock and boat lift plans are acceptable for construction on the water within the
rear property °pins of the subject property. Also, please be advised that the Nettles Island Rules
and Regulations, Article 9.1, specifically states; "Rescue ladders will be required on all dock
construction for safety. 'Please review and adhere to all water front property usage rules and
regulations.
Please -present copies. of permits to condo office prior to construction. Any further modifications
must be submitted to condo office for approval.
