The construction of the Tradewinds Townhomes meets the exception
requirement for parapet walls under R302.2.2. of the Florida Building
Code, Residential.
The roof covering used is Class A, and fire retardant sheathing is used
for a distance of 4' away from each side of the party wall.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, this conforms to the
requirements of the Florida Building Code.
