This will acknowledge the receipt of your email received in this office on January 6, 2016, requesting to
alter the construction or activities authorized by the above referenced permit, as follows: Exterior walls
that form the covered entry are different, covered entry is different, balcony 1 that creates covered entry is
different, upper roof is different at covered entry/balcony, roof overhang is 2'-0" (was 1'-6"), roof pitch is
4 %/12 (was 5/12), front windows are different, windows are casements (were single hung), window
changed to door southeast corner of bonus room, exterior details i.e. cladding, banding, railings, shutters,
outriggers are different and overall square footage changed to 7,094 square feet (was 7,078 square feet).
The Department has determined that the alterations do not increase the potential for adverse impact on the
beach/dune system or adjacent property, and that the alterations are minor. Therefore, no formal
modification of the permit is required.
You may proceed with construction as authorized. All terms and conditions of the permit, including the
periodic reporting requirements, remain in effect. Upon completion of project, the alterations along with
the authorization contained in this letter are to be noted in the final certification report.
