I'n response to your review comments dated August 31, 2015, and September 24, 2015,
respectfully, for the above mentioned project, we have affected the followings changes to the
nginal submitted drawings:
STRUCTURAL
1. Structural Plans must be stamped"NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION"...

60mph Vult is the correct design wind speed for the project location and occupancy

ighest Adjacent Natural Grade is at 8.80 NAVD (refer to revised Site Plan); we have set
he lowest Garage elevation at 11.00 to comply with the code without the need for
enting. This shall place the Finish Floor elevation for the structure at 22.50' NAVD. This

Cantilevered First Floor Bathroom has been re-designed to be outside the building
setback; associated roof overhang shall not extend more than 30" into the setback.
