Dear Building Official,
For Architectural Revision #2 the garage needed to drop 18" in order to avoid an uncomfortable s
the drive from the road. The original road elevation given to us was iri NGVD with all other eleva
NAVD. When it was discovered the road is 18" lower than we thought we had to drop the garage
Also the man door from the garage to the area below the elevated deck moved to be from the high
area of the garage.
