Comment 1: See Sheet A-1 (Revision Mark 1.0) Floor Plan and Wall Legend have been updated to reflect 2-
Hour rated wall assembly on zero lot line side of residence. Wall as designed exceeds the
requirements of FBC R302.1(1) for 1-Hour Rated Exterior Wall Construction per ASTM E 119 and
UL 263. Sheet S-3 Details (2-S3) and (3-S3) (Revision Mark 1.0) have been updated to reflect 2-
Hour Exterior Wall Rating as per U905.
Comment 2: See Cover Sheet "FBC Existing" has been removed from Design Criteria.
Comment 3: See Cover Sheet "Okeechobee County" reference has been removed and replaced with "St. Lucie
County".
Comment 4: Design Pressures as indicated on AO & S-2 pages has been updated.
Comment 5: EPL Card have been submitted with this revision binder.
Comment 6: Energyy. Calculations have been submitted with this revision binder.
Comment 7: See Sheet S-3 Details (1-S3), (2-S3), (3-S3), (4-S3), and (5-S3) (Revision Mark 1.1), all wall details
have been updated to reflect insulation values to match Energy Calculations.
Comment 8: Master Rib Roof System as noted is a type of Metal Profile not a product manufacturer. Previous
revision addressed this issue. Manufacturer of Master Rib Profile (type) Panel has been called out
in product approval submittal affidavit as Union Corrugated Co. with a valid NOA# 12-0606.01.
Comment 9: See note above. Product Approval Submittal Affidavit was previously revised for Master Rib Roof
Panels as Manufactured by Union Corrugated Co. with a valid NOA# 12-0606.01.
Cornment 10: Product Approval Submittal Affidavit on sheet S-300 has-been-updated--to-reflect-Hydro-Vents,
Windows, and Sliding Glass Door.
Comment 11: All Foundation Details on Sheets S-300 and S-3 have been updated to reflect min. compaction
density at 95%.
Comment 12: Contractor has previously submitted Soils Report as per Sheet S-100 to St. Lucie County.
Comment 13: Contractor shall submit certification from window manufacturer as part of this revision package.
Comment 14: All Foundation Details on Sheets S-300 and S-3 have been updated to reflect use of 3000 psi
concrete for all foundations.
