NOTICE
This Notice is to inform you that your property is in a Special Flood Hazard Area.
The ba Ie flood elevation of the property is 7 feet, NAVD. Federal law requires that a flood zone determination be done as a condition of
a feder�, lly backed mortgage to determine if the structure is in a Special Flood Hazard Area and if so, to require flood insurance. It is up to
the len Iler to determine whether flood insurance is required for a property.

the re wired elevation certification has been completed by a registered surveyor, and received and approved by the Building & Code
Regul Ition Division of the St. Lucie County Planning & Development Services Department.
