1. Prepare a CLEAN 16-1/4' wide by 8-1/4' high rough opening for each vent (1 block wide x 1 block high)
with the bottom of the We no More then 12' above finished grade.
2. Measure wall thickness and bend (More than 90') 4 straps at nearest slot to the measurement from pointed end.
3. Remove door from frame. (turn upside down, rotate bottom of door -outward and slide out of slots)
4. Insert two straps into two top sets of slots in frame from rear. After pushing teeth through rear set slots,
ONLY PUSH STRAPS ONE CLICK INTO FRONT SLOTS. Straps should have bent legs pointing up.
5. Caulk may be applied behind front frame flange. Tilt frame so top goes into wall opening first with strap legs
going behind wall above opening. Push frame Into opening so front flange is tight to face of wall.
6. Reach through frame opening and Install two bent straps through two bottom sets of slots in frame, trapping wall
between front flange and bent strap. Squeeze all straps tight. Frame should be flush to wall face and secure.
7. Check that frame is square and slots are clear of debris, mortar and caulk.
8. Install door Into frame by grasping bottom of door (with plastic pins) and front (with smaller squares) facing up.
Slide door into frame such that metal pins on _each side slide into slots on sides of frame. Let the door slide down
following the path of the slots, until they are at the bottom of the slots in the dimples.
9. Let the bottom of the door go so that the door rotates down into the frame. Check that door is latched on both sides.

7. Reach through frame opening and Install two bent straps through two bottom sets of slots in frame, trapping wall
between front flange and bent strap. Squeeze all straps tight. Frame should be flush to wall face and secure.
8. Check that frame Is square and slots are clear of debris, mortar and caulk.
9. Install door Into frame by grasping bottom of door (with plastic pins down) and the word 'TOP' facing up.
Slide door Into frame such that metal pins on each side slide Into slots on sides -of frame. Let the door slide down
following the path of the slots, until they are at the bottom of the slots In the dimples.
10. Let the bottom of the door go so that the door rotates down Into the frame. Check that door Is latched on both sides.
11. Insert two thin blades or cards Into the float slots and unlatch the door to Insure free functionality, then latch again.

1. Prepare a CLEAN 16-1/4' wide by 16-3/8' high hole for each set of two stacking vents (1 block wide x 2 blocks high)
with the bottom of the hole no More then 3.5' above finished grade.
2. Measure wall thickness and overbend (more than 90') 8 straps at nearest slot to the measurement from pointed end.
3. Remove doors from frames. (turn upside down, rotate bottom of door outward and slide out of slots)
4. Assemble two frames together using two nylon spacers snapped Into holes in rear of frames as shown In Detail 'B'.
Place top frame (one with short bottom flange) over, and In front of bottom frame (one with short top flange) and Fasten
front of frames together with two self tapping screws as shown In Details 'A' and 'C'. Do not over tighten screws.
5. Insert 2 straps Into top slots of TOP frame. Straps should have bent legs pointing up. After pushing teeth through rear
slots, ONLY PUSH STRAPS ONE CLICK INTO FRONT SLOTS, they will be tightened later In Installation,
6. Chalk may be applied to back of flanges for a better seal to wall face. Place frame assembly Into wall opening by sliding
the top straps behind wall and resting frame bottom on bottom of wall opening. Press flanges tight to wall face.
7. Reach through bottom frame opening and Install two bent straps Into two bottom slots with the bent legs of the straps
hanging down behind wall and trapping wall between front flange and bent strap. Squeeze tight to wall.
8. Install a strap on each side of both frame openings as shown In Detail 'D'. Install with bent leg pointing outward behind
-- the wall and Into slots on each of upper sides. Squeeze tight to wall. Now,, squeeze top frame straps tight to wall.
9. Make sure both frames are flush to wall face, secure, square, level and all slots are clear of debris, mortar and caulk.
10. Hold doors from the bottom, parallel to ground with back facing ground and re -Install Into frames by Inserting top first and
letting metal pins find slots. Push all way back and allow door to drop and rotate down and both sides latch closed.

I. For each Vent cut a CLEAN, SOUARE, LEVEL 15' wide by 7-7/8' high hole completely though the botton Over Head (OH) Door Panel
with the bottom of the hole level and no more then 12" above finished grade (driveway), Looks best to center Vent vertically of door panel,
2. For each Vent drill four (4) 1/4 inch diameter holes completely through door panel where shown. Vent frone nay be used as a template,
3. Clean all sharp metal edges and burrs from opening. Brush away any loose styrofoon from the opening.
4, Remove Vent door from Vent frame. (turn upside down, rotate bottom of door outward and slide out of frone slots)
5, Insert Vent frone into OH Door Panel with SERIAL NUMBER LABEL on the BOTTOM. Check alignment of holes in Vent frone with holes
drilled in OH door panel, Correct holes in OH Door panel if nessesary, Make sure Frame sits LEVEL and front flange is FLUSH with the
front of OH Door Panel. Caulk nay be applied behind Vent front frame flonge to seal Vent frame to face of OH Door Panel,
6, Place Nut Flange on inside of Vent frone with nuts facing away from OH Door, Insert 4 screws provided through front of Vent .frone and
through OH Door into Nut Flange. Tighten screws to secure frame to OH Door but do not over tighten, deforning OH Door or Vent Frame.
7. Check that frone is square and level. Check thot slots ore clear of debris, metal shavings, styrofoon and caulk,

door into slots on the insides of frame, Let the Vent door slide down the path of the slots until they are at the bottom in the dimples.
9. Let the bottom of the Vent door go so that it rotates down into the Vent frame. Check that Vent door is latched on both sides.
10. Vent door should not open when OH door opens. Vent door only opens when in contact with flood water and OH Door is fully closed.

1. Prepare a CLEAN 33" wide by 1 G-3/8" high hole for each set of four quad vents (2 blocks+ wide x 2 blocks high)
with the bottom of the hale no more then 3-112" above finished grade.
2. Measure wall thickness and •verbend (more than 91')12 straps at nearest slot to the measurement from pointed end.
3. Remove doers from frames. (turn upside down, rotate bottom of door outward and slide out of slots)
4. Assemble two sets of two frames together using two nylon spacers snapped into holes in rear of frames as shown in Detail "B".
Place top frame (one with short bottom flange) ever and in front of bottom frame (one with short top flange) and Fasten
front of frames together with two self tapping screws as shown in Details "A" and "C". Be not ever tighten screws.
5. Insert 2 straps into top slots of each TOP frame. Straps should have bent legs painting up. After pushing teeth through rear
slats, ONLY RUSH STRAPS ONE CLICK INTO FRONT SLOTS, they will be tightened later in installation.
6. Caulk may be applied to back of flanges for a better seal to wall face. Place frame assembly into wall opening by sliding
the top straps behind wall and resting frame bottom on bottom of wall opening., Press flanges tight to wall face.
7. Reach through opening in bottom frames and install four bent straps into two bottom slots with the bent legs of the straps
hanging down behind wall and trapping wall between front flange and bent strap. Squeeze tight to back of wall.
i. Install a strap on each side of frame assembly. Install with bent leg painting outward behind the wall and into slots an each
of upper sides. Squeeze tight to wall. New, squeeze tap frame straps tight to wall.
g. Make sure frames are flush to wall face, secure, square, level and all slots are clear of debris, mortar and caulk.
11. Hold doers from the bottom, parallel to ground with back facing ground and re -install into frames by inserting top first and
letting metal pins find slots. Push all way back and allow doer to drop and rotate down. Both sides should be latched closed.
