This Cover Letter serves as a guideline to the requested Permit Conditions, for project 1807-0727. The
items are numbered and are in order as they were listed on the Review Comments sheet.
I hope that we can expedite these corrections and break ground as soon as possible.
1) Gopher Tortoise Permit GTT-18-00684 was obtained, please find copy of permit with
this submission.
2) ;' Fire blocking notes were added and clouded on the wall section detail located on
Sheet S-1. The note was also added and clouded on sheet FP-1, top right corner in
the General Notes Section.
3) Slope of garage was added and clouded to Sheet S-1, middle of garage area.
4) Please find new Signed Sheet M-1
5) ! Please find new Signed Sheet E-1
6) Please find updated volume clouded to match Energy Calcs, on bottom right of
Sheet FP-1

8) Please find that hand written FFE was removed, and added Sheet FP-1

mi 10) Driveway permit was ready for submission when original package was submitted, I
was informed that it was better to submit driveway permit when I pick up the
Building permit after approval, due to a 6-month time frame constraint.
