Parties.agree that this document is intended to modify previously referenced agreement. as follows: a, The applicant has requested a total plant capacity rating of 5.5 ERCs for water and wastewater. The plant capacity rating of 5.5 ERCS is approved, however, pursuant to City Code, the usage will be monitored and the Permittee shall pay upon demand additional water and/or wastewater capital charges should the Intended usage change or exceed the currently projected consumption. 3. In accordance with the City` Code of Ordinances, if the future tenant occupancies require grease, oil and/or sand interceptors, interceptors shall. be sized adequately to serve subject establishment. installation and maintenance of any required interceptors shall be performed at no cost to the City. 4.
