3. GPS SURVEY MEASUREMENTS WERE PROCESSED AND ADJUSTED USING
CARLSON SURVEY 2008.
4. THE HORIZONTAL TARGET ACCURACY FOR THIS SURVEY EXCEEDS MINIMUM
TECHNICAL STANDARDS.
