reference to the letter. dated July 13'h, 2018 concerning new house plans for Lot 2035, this is to
vise :that the Board of Directors voted on August 14`h, 2018 to approve a rule change. The
aximum unit height shall be 22 feet from flood plain level (base flood elevation), plus one foot
s per St. Lucie County Building code. Consequently, we are now able to approve your plans as
'lease comply with the Nettles Island Procedure Governing Contractor and Building Activity on
Nettles Island, and provide us a copy of all permits.
