As re Nested, a Universal Engineering Sciences Technician was present at the above referenced project site for
the p pose of earthwork testing for Lot 38.
DENS TY TEST
While n site, the technician observed the general condition of the areas to be tested and performed 1 density test for Lot 38
at 5230 Oakland Lake Cir. This test was performed in accordance with the ASTM D-6938 Nuclear Gauge Method and found
to me 4 the project compaction requirements of 95% of the maximum dry density per ASTM D-1667.
BEAR NG CHECK
Techn, ian also hand augered to a depth of V and no organic material was found.
The I soils appear to be suitable granular materials without expansive clays and are in accordance with
the as ;imed building code soil conditions of 2,000 psf that the designer noted was used for design of the foundations.
