Description of Material:
1. Excavation: Bearing Soil Type- Sandy/Loam
2. Foundation: lOx1B footings, with 2500 PSI concrete, 3 #4
reinforcing steelbers continous. CMU BxBxl6 built-up wells.
#5 verticle reinforcing steelbars at corners and min of 16
feet on center in walls. Specail monolithic stepped foundation
as required for carport and patio areas.
3. Exterior Walls: Masonary stuccoed, CMU 8x8xl6 with rein-
forcing ladder wall, precast window sills, 8x13 beam with 3000
PSI concrete and #5 reinforcing steel bars continous. Furring:
lx2 PT wood strips 16" O.C. and lx6 PT wood strips over doors
and windows.
4. Slab: 2500 PSI concrete, 3 5/8 thickness with6x6 #10 wire
mesh, .004 visqueen and termite treatment to comply W/FHA MPS
#815 and all subsequent revisions and querentees.
5. Partion Framing: Const, grade 2x4 16"O.C. expect for
plumbing walls which require 2x6 or 2x8 16"O.C.
6. Roof Framing: Frabri.eated and manufactured trusses meeting
all SSBC and local code specification. Hurricane anchorage of
all members as per local code. Reynolds Alum. facia, vented
soffit, channels and ribbed non -vent in exposed ceiling as per
print.
7. Lath end Plaster: 1/2 Gypsum Board with metal corner bead
on ell external corners, spay texture treatment.
8. Decorating: 2 coats Benjamin Moore Paints, exterior and
interior.
9. Windows: All AAMA Alum. Awnings and single Hung as per house
elevation. Marble window stools.
10. Interior Doors: All 3/8" 1 wood hinged, closet doors to be
either wood louvred or Float -A -Way prefinished metal. All wood
doors to be painted same color as room walls.
11. Exterior Doors: Pease Ever Strait Metal Cled with Vinyl
jacketed magnetic weatherstrip. Specail molding end/or glass
treatment as per house elevation.
12. Kitchen Cabinets and Bath Vanities: Plastic laminated by
Formica with self -edging tops.
13. Floors:
Kitchen & Dining: 1/16xl2xl2 Vinyl Asbestoss
Bath: As per prints

14. Plumbing: White Crane Fixtures: Tubs -Stools #1-266s, water

rimming by Polar. Water Heater: Reem 40 Gal, Double Element

14. Curtains Rods at Bath Tubs
15. Baths: 4 1/4x4 1/4 Crytalline Glazed ceramic tile by
`^lenczel. Polished Plate glass morrors. Miami Medicine Cabinets
as per prints Ca�y
16. A.ppliences: GE 30" Electric, Self-cleaning, free standing
model #j342, Rrnge hood by GE #j431
17. Heating and Air Conditioning: Electric Split System by
Singer, size and model numbers, see prints.
18. Insulation: 6" Fiberglass batts in cieling.
19. Finish Roof: 2351b. self tab asphalt shingles by GAF and/or
5 ply built-up tar and gravel as per print.
20. Hardware: Kwikset 400 line, design Grecian.
21. Electrical: 200 AMP Circuit breaker panel box, circuit
wiring sized as per federal and local code requirements.
220V disconnect at a/c compressor, Nutone door chimes, push
button and tranagormer. Progress Light Fixtures.
22. Water Supply and Sewer Disposal: on site, location and
state code.
23. Driveway: 10' width, 2500 PSI concrete flared at carport
and street ! 40 ft. considered standard.
