Township 35 Range 40. containing sixty acres, whlah is hereb7 bargained and sold to the said
J. K. Kenyon for the SUIIl of seven thousand dollars ($7000) to be paid as follows: Two hun-
dred and fifty dollars now - three thousand two hundred and fifty dollars thirty days from
date, provided that a warranty deed oonveying a good reoord title to same, which delivery shall ~)
be made at the offioe of Judge H~ing, of Port Pierae, Florida, and the balance should be

paid by two Kortgages notes of seventeen hundred and fifty dollars each and dated on or be-

fore two years with interest at the rate of 8~ per annum and payable annually.

Should the title to the property not prove goo1. then this two hundred and fifty
dollars 1s to be refunded, and should the said J. K. Kenyon fail to perform this agreement
on hig part within a reasonable time, and in the manner above speoified- then the above two
hundred and fifty dollars shall be retained by 7f. C. Russell, as liquidated damages, and this
oontraot shall beco~e null and void, and any inter89t which the purohaser might otherwise
have in the land shall forthwith ter~inate. Said Kenyon to nominate a grantea. !
