We h ' e not received plans to complete a Constructibility Review. Also, it looks like the contractor will not need an NPDES
Perm but he (she) should commit that to writing to us to be sure. Can you help us get some plans to look at? The review
shoulc not take more than a few.days. Please advise.

I think was approved administratively. It was a minor adjustment.
I will fa you the GM order.
If the p oject is not known in your department we need to inform the contractor and we will keep the permit on hold.

I am no familiar -with this project so I would guess we did not. Did it go through the BoCC or was it approved administratively?
Could I (sk you for assistance in acquiring the GM order? Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Accordi 'g to above GM order we are not supposed to issue any building permits until Engineering has received all the regulatory
permits 'nd constructible plans.
Can you lease check for me if Engineering has signed off on the project?

At 04/15/08 I informed you that there is an error -in the GM 07-24.
All the aperwork is showing a 2400 sf ware house addition, while the GM order is talking about 2400 sf of
office.
You tol ; me that the GM order would be corrected and I would receive a copy.
Did vou;lhave a.chance to revise the GM order?
Please let me know, we have the permit still on hold.
