Lydia,
I tru fully don't remember where we left this one. I just called Nate. Although he is not presently working for the Burnsed
prof , as they are existing clients, he promised to assist and get me a copy of the latest plan set. Once I get that we can
figur out where we need to go.
I am not aware I have missed anyone's phone call. I have Linda's help with my phone log (all calls get logged) and she
directs them to the appropriate engineering staff is she thinks it is not specifically for me. I get a lot of call and it is certainly
possble I could've missed one though. w

I info med the owner about your comments and told her to contact you. She told me she couldn't get hold of you. According to her,
Nate er engineer from Culpepper was going to call you to discuss the problems.
Can u remember if you talked to him? And if so, what is the result?
Please let me know.

Hello ydia,
I did {ot forget about this!
The plan set as is did not pass the constructibility review. Additional information regarding their driveway and the related
modif`cations to the drainage system are necessary. If you would like to pass my name and number to the appropriate person so
that t 1ey can contact me that would be fine.
I believe they will also need a driveway permit and a right-of-way permit in order to work inside the right-of-way as well.

Did anything come out of it? I think it had to do with side walks as well.
