organized and existing under the laws of the State of Flori3a. with its prinoipal offioe

pursuanoe and by virtue of the powers in it vested by a oonveyance to it from 3a8t Coast
Development Company, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, of reoord in the office of the elerk of the Cirouit Court of Jaint Lucie County.
Florida, and a Deolaration of Trust as to the premises thereby oonveyed. and every other
power and authority it hereunto enabling, and in consideration of the .um of Ten Dollars

whereof, is hereby aoknowledged, does hereby grant. bargain. sell and convey unto the aoid

as Baid instruments ooncern the premises hereby conveyed.
