' Answer:. See Attached. it Comment #2, Page 2: Provide three signed and sealed copies of St. Lucie County `Product Review Affidavit' completely filled out for all cladding components. Comment #3, Page 2: Provide three copies of truss manufacturers placement drawings, with signed statement by engineer of record that they have been reviewed and approved for construction. Answer: See revised sheets S-2. Comment #6, Page 2: Provide UL number for framed 2 hr fire wall. Answer:. See revised sheets A-4, detail 4/A-4. Most of these tenant separation walls will not be installed at this time but under separate permit when spaces are to be finished. Only 2hr wall sections will occur in the overhang areas. See sheet A-1. Comment #7, Page 2: Provide tenant separation wall details, including UL number and rating. Answer: See revised sheets A-1 & A-4. A-1 shows locations of only tenant separation walls that are to be installed under this permit. Sheet A-4 shows details for both the framed walls and the masonry walls. Comment #8, Page 2: Provide attic access for each unit. Answer: See revised sheets A-1 showing loc i of access panels and constructi , t ials. Comment #9, Page 2: If you ar g on ng at this time, provide sealed en pply and return air duct plan for each unit. Answer: No air conditioning will be installed under this permit. Each unit will have separate construction documents for the interior work to be done. At that time an energy code and load calcs will be submitted. Comment #10, Page 2: Drawing 3A shows A 1" water service and meter, plumbing plan P-1 requires a 2" water service. Answer: Sheet A3 is a Civil Engineer plan and the 1" meter is for the Convenience Store to be built on the North end of this site. Same sheet A3 calls for a 2" water meter for each of the three Flex buildings. The plumbing plans shows a 2" meter to the first Flex building ( permit being asks for at this time ) in accordance with the Civil design. Comments # 11 & # 12 : No answers requested.
