As a further oonsiderati~n for the execation and delivery of this deed, the grantee herein
purohases the above described property subJact to a oertain mort~age from Ada H. Prindible
to Margaret K. Whyte dated August 25, 1924 and assumes the payment of four certain notes of
the aama date wr.ioh notes are secured by the mort~age herein aseumed. The notes assumed by
the grantee bear date 01 August 25, 1924 and are maturing on August 25, 1926, August 25, 1927,
August 25, 1928 and August 25, 1929 in the amount of '4000.00 eaoh bearing interest at the
rate of 8~ per annum payable semi-annua~ly.
