Good afternoon Lydia,
(Monica asked me to look into this for you. I've attached the permit we authorized in July for the dock. The plans that were submitted and approved did not
include the retaining wall. DEP may need to verify that the proposed retaining wall is in uplands, as it looks like it is proposed at the mean high water line.

Good morning Monica,
I have a question about above FDEP permit for dock. See attached document. The customer is also including a retaining wall at the toe of the bank. It is not
included in the FDEP permit and I am not sure if it is required to or falls outside the scope of a FDEP permit. Can you please check for me if this should have been
included? Please let me know so I can advise the customer accordingly.
