1. Kitchen
A. Remove non -load Bearing wall between kitchen and
dining room.
B. Relocate Range and Refrigerator to side wall.
C. Install 20 amp dedicated electrical circuit for Microwave.
D. Install 4 recessed light fixtures to replace existing
Fluorescent light fixtures.
E. Change all small appliance outlets in Kitchen to GFCI
protected outlets as required by code.

F. Install new Kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet,
and Garbage disposal.
Master Bathroom
I' A. Demo existing shower and Install new shower valve and
I! shower pan.
B. Hang new cement board on all shower walls and install
new tile.

C. Install new Bathroom cabinets and counter tops.

D. Install new bathroom sink, faucet and toilet.
E. Change all electrical receptacles to GFCI protected as
required by code.
3. Main Living areas
A. Remove existing flooring and install new the floors with
