The attached boat dock and boat lift plans are acceptable for construction on the water within the
rear property pins of the subject property. Also, please be advised that the Nettles Island Rules
and Regulations, Article 9.1, specifically states; "Rescue ladders will be required on all dock
construction for safety. "Please review and adhere to all water front property usage rules and
regulations.
Please present copies of permits to condo office prior to construction. Any further modifications
must be submitted to condo office for approval.
