The Miami -Dade County Product Control Section (In Miami Dade County) and/or the AHJ (in areas other than Miami Dade County) reserve the right to have.this produ ll,,t or material tested for quality assurance purposes. If this product or material fails to perform in the accepted mann r, the manufacturer will incur the expense of such testing and the AHJ may immediately revoke, modify, or suspe d the use of such product or material within their jurisdiction. Fire Classification is not part of this acceptance. 2, his acceptance is for prepared roofing applications. Minimum deck requirements shall be in compliance with pplicable building code. Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal? High Temperature underlayment shall be installed in trict compliance with applicable Building Code. 3. Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal` High Temperature underlayment may be used in mechanically fastened metal oofing, asphaltic shingles, wood shakes and shingles, quarry slate roof assemblies. Ultra HT Wind & Water eal High Temperature underlayment shall not be used as roof tile underlayment. 4. �Jltra HT Wind & Water Seal` High Temperature underlayment shall be applied to a smooth, clean, and dry surface with deck free of irregularities. 5. iltra HT Wind & Water Seal'` High Temperature underlayment shall not be applied over an existing roof membrane as a recover system. 6. Ultra HTVind & Water Seal=" High Temperature underlayment shall not be left exposed as a temporary roof for longer than 30 days of application. 7. High Temperatureunderlayment may be used with any approved roof covering Notice of Acceptance listing Ultra HT Wind & Water Seaff High Temperature underlayment as a component part of an assembly in the Notice of Acceptance. If it is not listed, a request may be made to the Authoritylaving Jurisdiction (AHD) or the Miami -Dade County Product Control Department for approval provided that ppropriate documentation is provided to detail compatibility of the products, wind uplift resistance, and fire esting results. 9. When applying the membrane in the valley, start at the low point and work to the high point, rolling the membrane from the center outward in both directions. A second layer of Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal` High Temperature underlayment shall be applied over the underlayment. 13. Ik1l products listed herein shall have a quality assurance audit in accordance with the'Florida Building Code and ule 61G20-3 of the.Florida Administrative Code. 14. membranes or packaging shall bear the imprint or identifiable marking of the manufacturer's name or logo, and state of manufacturing facility, and the following statement: "Miami -Dade County Product Control A7�proved or the Miami -Dade County Product Control Seal as shown below.
