Custom Built Marine Construction, Inc. will, provide all necessary labor, material & equipment to
an owner supplied Lift. Set 4 new 9"x 25' Lift Piles. Wrap Piles in Black Plastic.

Pay ;eut Schedule is 10% upon acceptance, 25%upon mobilization followed by monthly progress payments due on the 15
day �f each month. An outstanding balance that becomes more than 30 days past due will be assessed with interest at 18% per
annum. We may, send. you statements for the progress payments. Any disagreement with the statement should be set forth in
writi �g and provided to us within ten (10) days of receipt. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according
to st'ndard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only
uponj�written orders, and will become an extra charge over. and above the Proposal. Prices are good for a period of thirty
days rom.date of Proposal. Due to the constant fluctuating costs of materials, any increase received from our suppliers
will a passed on to the consumer throughout the contractual period,, All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents,
or d' lays beyond our control. If collection of any sums due under this Proposal becomes necessary, you agree to pay all
attor iey fees and costs incurred, through appeal, as well as any accrued interest at the rate set forth herein. Any action arising
out o this agreement shall be brought only in St Lucie County, Florida. This signed' Proposal becomes your Contract with
