Hope this letter finds you doing well. We are writing this letter regarding our
property 4781 Jorgensen Road. Parcel ID # 3403-502-0143-050-6. We do not yet
have a permit number but hope to have one very soon. The reason for our letter
is for a request for variance for the height requirement of 18 inches above crown
of road. It has already been an incredible burden to bring in the proper amount of
fill to achieve that goal alone. Now that the dirt pad is in place, we realize we have
a huge problem on our hands. We would now have to bring in a significant
amount more to feather the area around where the building will go to make the
building useful to us with getting in and out of it with ease. Also, the property to
our south has a tremendous issue with standing water in the drive to their
property when there is a lot of rain. We fear that raising up the area all around
where our building will go, could potentially cause them more trouble, as well as
an increased risk of standing water on our property inlower lying areas. We
(certainly appreciate the consideration of our request.
