Morning Side/Palm Breezes Phase II
In the near future, you will be receiving permit applications for single family homes from Renar Homes (possibly two per week up to 8 applications) for property
that has an approved preliminary plat, but final plat has not been recorded. What this means is that there is only one parcel id. You can process the
application(s) on the parent parcel Id, and addresses will get assigned to the parent parcel id. The Land Development Code provides that up to 4 single family
home permits may be issued prior to the recording of the plat.
In missing documents you need to add, change parcel Id per recorded plat, see supervisor. Once the permit is done and you are ready to call for pick up, please
see me. I will make sure no more than four go out the door. The rest will remain in pending status until the plat is recorded.
I Ronda from Renar will be submitting a copy of the unrecorded plat with lot number so an address can be assigned. SCANNED
