l The Riverbend Property Owners Association approves the allowance of a fence to encroach into the particular
12' Drainage Easement along the rear property line of the referenced homesite subject to the following:
The fence may encroach into the Drainage Easements but must be made out of bronze aluminum rail
and must allow for sufficient drainage underneath the bottom rail.
In the event that the fence has to be removed or is damaged for easement access by an authorized
third party, it is the homeowner's responsibility to remove, replace and/or repair the fence at the
homeowner's sole expense.
