This letter is in response to the Plan Review comments dated 9/25/18. The following revisions
have been made in accordance with these comments:
Building Comments:
1. Sheet A6.1 has been revised to indicate the vehicle barrier detail.
2. The title block of all sheets has been modified to include cubic volume of conditioned /
space.
3. Sheet A6.0 has been revised to indicate FBCR 2017 (6th edition). /
4. Sheet A6.0 has been revised to indicate the roof underlayment will comply with section
R905 of the 2017 Florida. Building Code (6th edition).
5. The wall section detail on sheet A6.0 has been revised to indicate soil compaction /
information.
6. Sheet A3.0 has been revised to indicate notes on flashing and door and window sealant.
