Subject: Finished Floor Elevation
Good aftll moon Rod. I have a customer rebuilding and remodeling a guest cottage at 8705 S Indian River Dr. I have
requested the elevation for the centerline of the road however the survey submitted only shows the benchmark and it
appears too be located on the property. I have attached the survey and highlighted in red the indication of the
benchmark and the proposed guest house. Would I be safe in using the benchmark instead of the centerline of roadsto
meet the (minimum requirement of 18 inches above the elevation of the road. Using the benchmark the minimum+,
requirement of 18 inches would be met. Thank you for your help. r'
