and Fort Pioroe Oil Company, a oorporation under the laws of Florida, ot Postottioe address

THAT WnEREAS, by deed dated l~oh 7, 1925, the tirat party intended to oonvey to one
J. S. Jaokson, ot St. Luaie County, Florida, the lands hereinafter desoribed, whioh deed was,
on June 23, 1925, reoorded in Deed Book 65 at page 540, st. Luoie County reoords; and whereas
the oorporate name ot the tirst pa~ty was intended to be signed thereto by its President And
Oommander. but through oversight the oomplete name ot the oorporation was not signed thereto,

WHEREAS, ~hrough divers oonveyanoes originating trom the said grantee ot the tirst party,
J. S. Jaokson, the title so intended to be oonveyed by the tirst party, has been oonveyed to
the seoond party-by deed trom t~rion w. Cassens and husband, dated February 16, 1928, and
reoorded in Deed Book 78 at pAge 630, ot the publio reoords of St. Luoie County, Florida.
NO~ THEREFORE, in order to set at rest any doubt as to the onnveyanoe from the tirst
party ot the said pI'o:nis6d, and to oure any deteot in trie oonveyance ator6said trom the tirst
party, in oonsideration ot the premises, as well as the sum o~ One Dollar in hand, betore the
exeoution hereot, paid to the tirst party by the seoond party, reoeipt whereot is hereby
aoknowledged, the tirst party has remised, released, qb1t-ola1med and oonveyed, and by these
presents does remise, release, quit-olaim and oonvey unto the 'Boond party, its suocessors
and assigns torever, the lands in said tormer oonveyanoes mentioned, the same being situated
in st. Luoie County, Plorida, nnd desoribed as tollows, to-wit:

plat reoorded in Plat Book 3, page 3 ot St. Luoie County Reoords, and being a
