THIS INDENTURE, wade this 1st day of February A.D. 1932, between state Road Department
of Florida a publio corporation existing under the laws of the state ot Florida, party of
the first part, and East Coast service Corporation, a corporation existing under the laws
of the state ot Florida, of the County ot st. Luoie and state ot ~lorida, pa~ty of the
second part,
