the State or Florida, psrty ot the ti~st part, and D. O. HAYNES, ot Fort Pierce, in the
County ot St. Luoie and State ot Florida, party ot the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the soid party ot the t1rst part, tor and in oonsidera.tion of the sum
ot Nine ($g.OO) Dollar~, in bend paid by the said psrty ot the seoond part, the reoeipt where-
ot is hereby acknowledged, hath remised, released and quit-olaimed, aod by these presents
doth remise, release snd quit-ula~ unto the said party 0: the second part, and his heirs
and assigns torever. all the right, title, interest, c 181m an(\ demand which the said party
