THIS INDENTURE, Wade this 8tb day of September, A. D. 1937. between BOARD 0' SUPERVISORS OP
NORTH ST. WCIE RIVER DRAINAGE DISTRICT, a public oorpodation existing under the laws ot the
State or Florida, party of the first psrt, and AUSTIN J. KIRKLAND, ot Jacksonville, in the County
of Duval, and State or Florida. party ot the seoond pert,
WITNESSETH, That the said party ot the tirst part, for and in consideration of tha sum of
~irty-six <156.00) Dollars, in hand paid by the saId party of the seoond part, the receipt
whereot is hereby aoknowledged, hath remised, released acd quit-claimed, and by these presents
doth remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and h.J heirs and
assigns torever, all the right, title. interest, claim and demand whioh the said party of the
tirst part hath in and to the following desoribed lots, pieces or parcels ot land, situate, lying
