, This Indenture, Made this 23rd day ct June, A. 1). 1939, Between J. G. Coats and Beatrice
Coats, his wite, of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and Mrs. Jennie E. Mann, a widow, of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
party of the se~ond part,
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
One dollar and other valuable considerations, in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby aClmowledged, have remised, l'P.leased and q'.Jit-claLiled, and by
these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and
her heirs and assi~fts forever, all the right, title, interest, Claim and~demand which the said
parties of the first part have in and to the fOllowing described lots, pieces or parcels of
land, situate, lY1ne and being in the County of St. Lucie State of Florida, to-~it:

eliminating the l'es:rictions, provisions and limitations contained in a
certain deed to above lots from J. G. Coats and wife to L~s. Jennie E.
Mann, dated January 28th, 1926, recorded February 16th, 1926 in Dee':! Book
71, page 436, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Florence Coats, wife ot said J G Coats in above deed is deceased.

To Have and to Hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtwnancas thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, riBht, title, interest and claim what-
soever of the said partieg ot the tirst part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, and her h9irs and assigns forever.
