This Deed, Ex~outed this 19th day ot August, A. D. 1939, by Thelma B. Crowley, unmrried,
ot the County of St. Luoie and State of Florida, party of the tirst part, and ~.,~!. w. Crowley,
of the County of St. Luoie and State of Florida, party of the second part,
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars and other valuable 00~ideration8, in hand paid by the 8aid party of the second part,
the reoe1~t whereot is hereby acknowledged, has reiUsed, released and quit-olaimed, and by these
presents does remise, release and quit-olaim unto the said party of the second part, and his
heirs, suooessors and assigns torever, the tollowing desoribed lot, pieoe or paroel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State ot Florida, to-wit:

recorded in Plat Book 4, page 29, St. Lucie County reoords (being the public records
ot St. Lucie County, Florida)
This conveyanoe i8 executed and delivered ~ the grantor after the entry ot decree of divorce
between grantor and grantee herein and is exeouted in consideration of the transfer of certain
property by the grantee to the grantor, receipt whereof is herewith acknowledged, and pursuant
to an agreemant for property settlement executed between tho partie\~n this date and unde~ and
by whioh sald agreement the grnntq~ herein receives all right, tit! .and interest heretofore
held by the grantor in and to the above described property. i

This conveyance is subject to the lien of all taxes upon said property aud to all other
liens and incumbrances which may be upon and against said property as the same be found upon the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
To Have and to Hold the same together wi th all and sinvgular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate. right, title, interest, lien, equity
and claim whatsoover of the said party of the fil.st part, either in law or . equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs, successors
