East along the South line of Hiohard's land 37.80 ohains to the Indian
River; thence Southeasterly along saId river to a point 94i feet north
of the South boundary of Government Lot 2; thence west 37.50 chains to
the point of beginning, oontaining 12.10 aores JIlore or less acoording to
the survey made by J. O. Fries, County Surveyor, made in 1902.

used in the oonstruction and operation of a Colt Couroe and it the same
shall not be used for that purpose. shall thereupon revert to the grantor
herein.
