terest of any nature whatsoever that the parties of the first part hereto may have by
reason of that oertain Master's Certiticate for drainage taxes issued in the case of
North st. Lucie River Drainage Distriot by F. G. Kcllullen. et al, vs. Thomas W. HUlsey.
et aI, lately pending in the Cirouit Court ot St, Luoie County. Florida, in Chancery, and.
the parties hereto warrant and certify that they are the owners ot said certificates and
that s8id oertitioates have either been lost or mleplaGed. and it i8 the intention of th~
parties hereto to satiSfy in full any lien. olaim or other interest of any nature whatso-
ever that may exist in their favor by reason of said certificates.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Sarde. together with all and singular the sppurtenanoes
