Hardwick of the CO\Ult.y of St. Lucie and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and Maieie

Florida, party of the second -part;-
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sun of
One dollar and other considerations Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereot is hereby ac~~owledged, have remised, released and quit-olaimed, and by these
presen~s do reeise, release and quit-claie unto the said party of the second part, end her heirs
and assigns forever. all the right, title, interest, claie and denand which the said parties of
the first part have in and to the following described lots, piecos or parcels of land, situate,
lying end being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:

and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear or or from her said
husband.
