This Indenture, Made this 12th day of April, J.... D. 1937, between D. C. Haynes and Maud
Haynes. of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and Maimie
A. Hardwick whose permanent address is Fort Pierce, Fla. of the County of St. Lucie and State
of Florida, party of the second part,
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the fi~3t part, for and in consideration of the sum
of One dollar and other considerations ~llars, in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, rele6sed and quit-olaimed, and by these
presents do remi~3, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and her heirs
and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claLm and demand which the said parties of
the first part have in and to the following described lots, pieces or parcels cf land, situate,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:

Lots 25 and 26 Parkway Place, "according to plot of said sub-division
on rile in plat book #4 at page 7, of the public recorCs of st. Lucie
County, Florida.
To Have end to Hold the same together with all and singu13r the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in enywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and clain what-
soever of the said parties of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and
