Maoao Griffin and Juanita Griffin. as Trustees, said individuals being all of the Directors of
Service Home Builders, Inc., 8 dissolved }'lorida corporation, each of the County of Saint Lucie
and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and Maceo Griffin. individually, of the County
of Sbint Lucie and State of Florida, party of the second part,

sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hareby acknowledged, have remised, released and
