THIS INDENTURE, Wade this 21st day of feb~ary, A. D. 1940, Between Cora Hammon
Spieth and husband William Spieth; Nellie Hammon ~olbrunn and husband Stiles Colbrunn; John
Hammon and wife Lehona Hammon, (sole heirs at law of Helen lIammon, deceased) of Litchfield,
Ohio and huntington, West Virginia, parties of the first part, and S. B. Douglas of the County
