'IHIS DEED, Exeouted this 5~ day ot April, A.D. 1940, by N. M. Letts and Virginia M.
Letts, his wife of the County of St. Luoie and State of Florida, parties of the first part,
and Chas. W. Rinehart of the Uounty of St. Luoie and State of Florida, party of the seoond part,

the reoeipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released' and quit-claimed, and by

his heirs, sucoessors and assign torever, the following desoribed lot, piece or parcel of land,

TO HAVE ArlO TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise appert6Ining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien,
equity and claim whatsoever nf.the said parties of the tirst part, either ~n law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoot of the sdid party of the second part, his heirs,
successors and assigns forever.
