THIS I1IDENTURE, Made this 24th day of May, A.D. 1940, BE~1 Letts-Williams Building
Co., Inc. a corporation existing under the laws of the State ot Florida, party of the first
part, and Otto J. Matousek and Helen Matousek, his wife, ot the County of St. Lucie and State
of Florida, party of the second part,
~TNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten and -- 00/100 Dilllars-, in hand paid by the said party 0'1 the second part, the reoeipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these presents
doth remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, abd his heirs and
assigns forever, all the estate right, title, lien, equity, interest, claim and demand which the
said party of the first part hath in and to the following described lo~, pieoe or parcel ot
land, situate, lying and beir.g in the C~lnty of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
West part of Lot 2 (tv~) (savannah) in Secticn 9 (nine), Township 37 (thirty-seven),
Range 41 (forty-one) East containing 59 acres, more or less. As per Q,uit-Claim Deed
dated May 10th, 1927 from Dr. J. A.Williams to Letts-Williams Building Co., Inc., sane
being recorded in Deed hook 62 on Page 441. (1.10 Fla. Doc. Stamp cancelled)
TO PAVE M:D TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, lien, interest and
claim whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
