THIS INDENTURE, Made this 19th day of July, A. D. 1940, between Stevens J. Norwood am
Marie ~rwood, his wife, of the County ot St. Luoie, and State of Florida, part of the first
part, and ThurmenlH. Deskins and Florida Deskins, his w11'e, of the County of st. Luoie aM
State of Florida, part of the second part,
i"ITNESSE'lH, '!hat the sald partie of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar & other valuable conalderalons Dollars, in hand paid by tho said parties of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and quit-
olaimed, and by these pr6eents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said parties of the
second part, and their heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
dellBnd which the said parties of the first part have in and to the following described lot,
piece or parcel ot land, si too te, lying and being in the County of st. Lucie, State of Florida,
to-wit:
Lots J and 4 of the Subdivision of the S. W. Jennings Estate, lying in the City of
Ft. Pieroe, Florida as per plat thereot on fih' i~ Plat Book 5 at page 22 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting therefrom the East ~even (7) feet of
Lot J of S. W. Jennings Estate which has been deeded to the City of Fort PIerce, Fla.
TO HAVE AUD TO liOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, ~nd all the estQte, right, title, interest and claim
whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit am behoot of the said pllrtles of the second part their heirs and assir:ns forever.
