SORS OF NOR'IH ST. LUCIE RIVER DRAINAGE DISTRICT, a public oorporation existing under the laws
ot the State of Florida, party ot the first part, and O. G. t~y, of Fort Pierce, in the
County ot St. Luoie and State ot Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSE'DI, That the said party or the tirst part, for and in consideration of the sum
ot ~enty-one ($21.00) Dollars, in hAnd paid by the said party of the seoond part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath remised, released and quit~ola~ed, and by these presents
doth remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs
and assigns forever, all ~~e right, title, interest, olaim and demBnd which the said party of
the first part hlth in and to the following describod lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate,
lying and being In the County ot St. Luoie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 11, Blook 2; Lot 9, Block 3; Lot 10, Block 3, Lot 11, Block J; Lot 1, Block 4;
Lot 4, Block 4; Lot 9, Block 4; all being in Orange Place Subdivision, Section 8,
TownShip 35 South, Range 40 East.

Subject, however, to all Stete, County and City taxes and to drainage taxes tor the
year 1937, and also subject to all rights or way for drainage canals am public roads.
TO HAVE ArID TO HOLD the same, together wi th all and singular the applJrtenanoes thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, t~tle, interest and claim
whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first pert has caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its PreSIdent, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by its
year above written.
